Shannon Lee & The Silver Linings offer a mix of originals and covers in Americana/alt-country/folk genres, with singer/songwriter Shannon Lee fronting the band on lead vocals and acoustic guitar. Listeners are delighted by the masterful musicianship executed by her backing band, The Silver Linings, which includes Rod Foster on mandolin and octave mandolin, David Roof on electric guitar, keys, accordion and backing vocals, and Dan McConnell on bass.
The quartet has been together for several years and have played venues and music festivals all over South East Michigan. Shannon Lee’s debut album, ‘Stars’ which was released in October of 2022, features both Rod Foster and David Roof, the latter of which recorded and produced the album in his home studio, Rooftop Recording.
