Holding traditional jazz deep in their hearts, these musicians have a deep passion for the early formation of jazz in all of its aspects: culture, structure, improvisation, and virtuosity. Standing on the shoulders of his gracious mentors, Pete Siers is a proud recipient of the tutelage of fallen-but-not-forgotten greats such as Hazen Schumacher, James Dapogny, and Paul Klinger. Pete brings with him a stellar line-up to get the “stomping” underway: Dave Kosmyna (cornet and vocals); Ray Heitger (clarinet and vocals); Alex Belhaj (guitar and vocals); and Chris Tabaczynski (bass saxophone). Pete will be hitting it on the drums, of course, but also…the washboard!
