Songwriters In The Round: Patrick Clinton, Seraphina Provenzano & Marco Bruschtein

  • North Star Lounge 301 North 5th Avenue Ann Arbor, MI, 48104 United States (map)

Pat Clinton was a fixture on the burgeoning Chicago folk scene of the 1970s. After a long spell when life got in the way, he’s back writing and performing his distinctive mix of wild humor, wit and bluesy-finger pickin' originals. Pat lives in Ann Arbor. He will be playing from 7:15-8:00 PM

Seraphina Provenzano is a singer-songwriter with a knack for playing intricate fingerstyle guitar and writing lyrics that tell a story. Drawing from an eclectic mix of folk, oldies, bluegrass, and classical guitar, Seraphina’s music offers fresh perspective and personality while staying steeped in acoustic tradition — creating an Americana sound that is uniquely hers. She will be playing from 8:15-9:00 PM

Sculptor of sounds and creator of sound-scapes, Marco Bruschtein takes you on a sonic journey like no other.  His stories are told through sound and word. Be prepared to journey through world grooves, sonic tonics, blues, slide guitar and more.  Energetic and fun, "you will see how he's mastered the fingering on the frets.  It's Dazzling," Michael Shelata former host of The Ark's Open Stage.  He will be playing from 9:15-10:00 PM
