Sarah Price is a vocal explorer who has established herself as both performer and music educator in the Ann Arbor and Detroit area. Her extensive performance singing a variety of jazz and popular musical genres, as well as her foundation of classical training and choral conducting, rounds out her unique vocal artistry. Her debut album, “SarahTonin,” released in June 2015, features her wide palate of vocal colors. Her original music showcases her blend of soul, pop with healing touches of jazz, rock and Latin styles. 

Sarah has been singing regularly with her jazz trio/quartet around various Metro Detroit venues for over 10 years. You might also have seen her as a guest or back-up vocalist with touring Michigan funk and rock bands. She has been director of choirs at Saline High School since 2013. Additional teaching career highlights include conducting the 2022 SATB MSVMA State Honors Choir, as well as her choirs’ selection to perform at state conferences, MSVMA All-State festivals, and performance tours to Chicago, New York, and Europe. Sarah received her B.M. in Music Education and her M.M. in Choral Conducting from Michigan State University.
