Vocalist Lynne Frederickson and pianist William Marshall Bennett will be sharing their fresh interpretations of jazz standards from the first half of the 20th century. Lynne sings with the genre-bending Dorkestra, and has appeared at the North Star as a guest of the Rollie Tussing Trio and a member of the Shannon Lee quartet. William performs solo and with various ensembles all over southeast Michigan, stylistically ranging from ragtime to rock to modern pop and jazz.
