Wind, Wood & Steel brings many years of life, musical styles and performing experience to their artful blending of harmonized voices and musical instrumentation. Seasoned voices are joined by regular and specially tuned nylon and steel string acoustical and electric Martin, Gibson and Ibanez guitars that are strummed, finger and flat-picked, hammered, and harmonicized. The guitars and voicers are accompanied by roiling flutes (Western Concert and Alto), piano, Bass Guitar, Mandolin and Mandola. Wind, Wood & Steel perform original and cover songs within a jazzy structure that provides opportunities for reflection, expression, innovation and, most of all, interpretation.

On this special Songs of Peace Tour (SPT), Wind, Wood, & Steel will perform hopeful original and cover songs of peace to lesson the load of being the change we all wish to see in the world including songs by the Beatles, 4 Non-Blonds, Grateful Dead, John Lennon, Rolling Stones, James Taylor, Youngbloods, Woody Guthrie, Joni Mitchell, Holly Near, Spirit, Neil Young, Yousel Islam (Cat Stevens) WW&S originals and more…
