Billy Brandt & Elaine Schoendorf combined their song writing talents to form a fun, different, magical sort of musical duo just as the pandemic hit.

Billy is a multi-winning Detroit Music Award singer/songwriter. Billy's love for music is infectious, and his embrace of different genres brings a richness and expanse to his shows. Billy & Elaine are also half of the Detroit Music Award nominated group, Voxanna.

Elaine crosses genres and musical eras with ease. Whether it’s a 1930’s jump blues, country ballad from the ‘70’s or any rock/pop from the last 50 years, she can embody the sentiment with ease.

Together they bring harmony to the blues, standards, original and cover songs. Billy’s original tunes draw inspiration from CSN, The Grateful Dead, as well as personal experience and social observation. Elaine brings humor and the occasional bawdy tune from the 1940’s to her multi genre songs. Elaine finds song writing inspiration from a line from a TV show or simply watching birds.

Be prepared for a genial, convivial, and musically rewarding evening with songs you know, songs you might know, and songs you will discover and treasure. And will earworm you unmercifully.
